O salário das mulheres é outro ponto que deve ser debatido, o ponto de que as pessoas não se interessam pelo esporte feminino não tem fundamento. As pessoas não se interessam pelo esporte feminino, pois, não tem investimento, não tem visibilidade. Imagine impulsionar um post no instagram, um que você pague 30 reais e o outro 450, qual terá mais visibilidade e chance de dar certo? Ou uma empresa que invista 300 mil numa campanha e 4.5 milhões em outra, qual tem mais chance de dar certo? Agora, pensa que a FIFA paga 30milhões em premiação na Copa do Mundo Feminina de Futebol, enquanto a Masculina recebe 450milhões. Uma mulher para ser vista como uma atleta digna de patrocínio não basta ser a melhor em seu esporte elas tem que corresponder a todo os padrões que a sociedade impõe. Diferente dos homens que além de não precisarem atender a nenhum padrão imposto, podem até mesmo se tornar um padrão de beleza pelos seus talentos fazendo com que muitos copiem seus cortes de cabelo e estilos. As imagens dialogam com textos que contextualizam a critica ao esporte e a desigualdade de gênero. As artes foram inspiradas na Guerrilha Girl que questiona a questão das mulheres terem que estar nuas para estarem dentro dos museus, nas imagens questiono o que as mulheres precisam fazer para estar dentro dos esportes. Uso a questão das medalhas presas no braço como uma referência delas estarem presas a questões da desigualdade de gênero no esporte e também muitas vezes sem ter o que fazer, pois, caso protestem e sejam contra são punidas, podendo até serem impedidas de competir. As mãos amarradas também retrata uma questão do fetichismo, das mulheres sendo vistas como submissas no esporte. O uso do biquini é uma crítica ao sexismo e exposição do corpo da mulher no esporte, que é imposto pela mídia, pelos patrocinadores e até mesmo pelas organizações. O uso da bola antiga na cabeça faz referência ao quão antiquado é esse comportamento. Trago essa questão também como uma crítica aqueles que colocam que são contra as mudanças de regras e dizem que isso mudaria o esporte, sendo, que o esporte sempre mudou e ainda tem muito a se mudar para que ele cumpra com o seu nobre papel.
